After 3 weeks of breathtaking vacation, it was unfortunately time to leave. Very very beautiful trip, we were amazed and certainly makes me want to come back and see more.
Bali seen from the sky
Last moments to enjoy, the Bali airport (Denpassar) being literally placed on the sea, we have the impression of taking off "on" the water. The time to do the maneuver above the runway, before leaving beyond the cloud layer, we were entitled to a last image in the head.
Mount Batur sits in the middle of the island, like a king reigning over his kingdom. The weather is beautiful and leaves us with a feeling of unfinished business, a week in Bali is too short despite these few flaws.

Indonesia is a very welcoming country and for those looking for a bit of adventure, it's really ideal, I highly recommend it!
The smiles and generosity of the people, the majestic volcanoes matched with the sunrises, these are really musts that make Indonesia an endearing country where we plan to return (because it is also very vast!).
Afterwards, there is a big disparity in the feeling between the island of Java, less touristy and clearly more "authentic" in the welcome versus Bali, much more touristy (and it gets worse). I come back with a huge amount of photos to sort through as we resume our daily routine in Thailand, with the joy of discovering a flat tire…

Before the next departure…. Destination Myanmar (Burma) !
[Edit: as I post this, we have also been to Laos, articles and photos are therefore to come, moreover, I have just spent a whole month visiting all of Thailand from North to South with my parents, however no return to Burma until now… But this time, it's for sure, back in 2014, soon articles on Burma to come!]
