On this morning of our 5th day, we motivated ourselves to wake up early, because I wanted to see the sunrise with the view of the valley.

Normally this is part of a package, as a guide is mandatory to do this, but as we had our own means of transport, we were able to negotiate to just follow other guests of our GH and have a reduced rate, as normally it is transport included, but we wanted to leave with our rental scooter to be directly free to go wherever we want after sunrise.

The first photo, it's 5:19, it doesn't do much yet.

You have to wait a good 1 minutes before the brightness becomes interesting.

The Merapi never stops and constantly spits its smoke into the distance as a reminder of its supremacy.

It is also the coffee break (included in the price)

And suddenly the sun shows its face, it is 5:53 a.m. the spectacle is magnificent.

The sky was just as splendid.

This famous morning mist completes this fantastic decor.

This is just a preview because in just one hour I took a little over 100 photos.

On the way back. Still and always smiles, even early in the morning.

After getting our scooter, we set off again following the guide from the guest house. I would ask more than once to stop on the side of the road to take photos, unlike the other tourists who were just watching. I have this need to photograph everything... Although deep down we were actually independent from that moment on and the others didn't really have to wait for us...

Already in the fields.

The scenery is really superb.

The worst thing is that one could believe that "everyone is beautiful, they are nice", that I ONLY put pictures with smiling people to emphasize the welcoming side of the country but if I actually put all the portraits and photos containing people I think that the images would speak for themselves...

Here we are again on the road behind the temple, from where we no longer need to follow our guide from the morning, so we set off again for a tour of the surrounding villages.
