The continuation and end of this 5th day while we are back in Nan, we take the time to visit a village in the surrounding area, which has a temple indicated in the guides.

On the way back to Nan. A temporary wooden bridge is built next to the new bridge under construction.

Stop at Wat Nong Bua (not easy to find...) built in 1862, it is located in a village of a tribe, the Tai Lü, known for its wall paintings similar to those of Wat Phumin in Nan.

This village has nothing of the huts and other rustic dwellings usually associated with tribes but a very rich village with very beautiful houses all made of brick and perfectly modern, business seems good in the area...

Time to enjoy the show and I joined a friend to go eat together not far from there and conclude this day.

Since then, I've been based in Bangkok and regularly travel throughout the country (especially in the north!). I share my stories, photos, and tips to help plan your trip to Thailand and other Asian countries. This blog is for anyone who wants to discover the land of smiles, who's looking for a bit of adventure, and those who dream of Asia.
